Bed Threads launched their premium linen brand in the Australian market in 2017, followed by an expansion into the US soon after. I began working with Bed Threads in 2022, shortly after the brand’s affiliate program was introduced in the US. In this role, I have worked closely with affiliates, refining strategies, and leveraging data to maximize performance.
This has involved identifying high-potential partners, optimizing content, and aligning affiliate promotions with the brand’s goals to ensure a cohesive and effective strategy.
Through these efforts, I’ve partnered with them to successfully expand the US affiliate program, increasing affiliate revenue by nearly 200%. This growth highlights the strength of the affiliate relationships I’ve built and the strategic approach I’ve taken to scaling the program.

After the pandemic, FSA Store sought to revamp their affiliate program, and I was brought on board to take over the management and optimization of their affiliate business. I began by conducting a comprehensive audit of the program which identified several key inefficiencies.
Working closely with the FSA Store team, we resolved these issues, ultimately reducing the effective program cost by 7%. This initial phase of optimization set the stage for continued improvements and helped realign the program with the brand’s long-term goals.
Since then, I have continued to work with FSA Store, fine-tuning their affiliate strategy to support the brand’s objectives. This has included expanding their publisher base, securing important editorial placements, and ensuring strong performance during critical shopping seasons.

Created a robust, scalable Amazon affiliate program for Active Skin Repair
Active Skin Repair contracted me to strategize and launch their Amazon Affiliate program on the Levanta platform. Working closely with their team, we successfully launched the program just in time for Prime Day, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement during a key sales event.
Within two weeks of the launch, we began tracking sales, allowing us to quickly assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.
As the program gained traction, I focused on scaling the onboarding and activation process to maximize impact. This involved collaborating with Active Skin Repair’s team to source product samples for influencers and formalize content placements, ensuring that high-quality promotional content was aligned with the brand’s goals.
Through these efforts, we were able to create a robust and scalable Amazon Affiliate program that drove strong results and supported Active Skin Repair’s growth objectives on the platform.
Maximized Made In’s affiliate performance during critical holiday season
Made In engaged me to help upgrade their affiliate program by transitioning to a more robust platform to support their growing business. I worked closely with their team to identify the best platform, develop a strategy, and successfully launch a revamped affiliate program just in time for the holiday shopping season.
In addition to the platform upgrade, I collaborated with Made In’s network of editorial and industry-specific publishers to drive the program’s success. I supported over a dozen new product launches, working with key partners to secure high-impact content placements and optimize promotional efforts.
By activating these partnerships, I helped increase the brand’s visibility and maximize affiliate performance during the critical holiday season, positioning the program for sustained growth and success.

Migrated Arteza to new platform without losing momentum
Arteza was managing multiple affiliate programs across different platforms, which created a fragmented experience for their diverse affiliate partner types. They recognized the need to streamline these efforts into one cohesive program. I was contracted to help identify the right platform that would consolidate their programs and deliver a seamless experience for all partners, from influencers to content publishers.
Through a collaborative effort with their marketing and operations teams, we quickly assessed their needs and devised a plan to migrate to the new platform without losing momentum.
To ensure a smooth transition, we timed the migration to take place after Arteza’s peak seasonality, minimizing the risk of any disruption to their business. We were able to complete the migration within a tight timeframe, setting Arteza up for long-term affiliate success.
The new unified platform provided a more organized and streamlined affiliate program, improving partner relations and performance tracking, and ultimately positioning Arteza for more scalable growth.

I spent nearly seven years working with various brands within the 1-800-Flowers organization, with a primary focus on managing the affiliate marketing for the company’s food brands. During my tenure, I was responsible for overseeing the affiliate programs for multiple food brands, which collectively generated over $41 million in annual revenue.
My role involved developing and executing a wide range of strategies to drive performance, including optimizing affiliate partnerships, refining promotional campaigns, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. I utilized data-driven insights to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the programs and to identify new growth opportunities.
